Delray Medical Center Welcomes Maria Randall as New Director of Human Resources
DELRAY BEACH, FL. — Maria E. Randall joins Delray Medical Center as director of Human Resources. In her new position, she is responsible for the overall activities of the Human Resources Department at Delray Medical Center, Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital and Fair Oaks Pavilion, and serves as a member of the administration team at Delray Medical Center.
Most recently, Randall was director of Compensation and Benefits for West Palm Beach’s Rinker Materials Corporation, a $3 billion materials manufacturer with 10,500 employees in 450 locations across 31 states. Previously, she was vice president for UPMC Health System in Pittsburgh, P.A.- a $3.4 billion health system with 34,000 employees in 20 hospitals.

Randall received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton in Ohio. Active in community initiatives, Randall served in Pittsburgh on the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board and as a member of the Red Cross of Western Pennsylvania Board of Directors in 2001-2002.
