Late in 2007, Jack learned he would need Open Heart Surgery.

When deciding which hospital would perform the procedure, Jack drew upon his past experiences.  He remembered the considerate compassion he received when he had his hip replaced in 2000. Or when he had his other hip replaced in 2006.

Jack also remembered having a heart attack while on vacation in Grenada. He was flown in an air ambulance to the same hospital to perform emergency surgery.  It's because of these past experiences that Jack chose Delray Medical Center to perform his Open Heart Surgery in 2007.
