By just looking at her picture, one could tell Margaret Neddo loves her job.

From her bright smile to the twinkle in her eyes, the passion is evident. That's what happens when you land your childhood dream job.

When Margaret was 12 years old, she was involved in a serious accident. She was rushed to the Emergency Room. Margaret was moved by the compassionate care she was shown by the doctors and nurses. From then on, she wanted to be a nurse.

When Margaret finished school, she became a nurse. However, she could not find the right environment. She spent her early years as a nurse, bouncing from hospital to hospital. Finally, Margaret landed at Delray Medical Center. She loved the family atmosphere. In fact, Margaret loved it so much that she stayed for 25 years.

Margaret's passion for her job has even been passed on to her children. One of her daughters has volunteered over 3,000 hours at the hospital. At 16 years old, another daughter worked the ER registration. Soon Margaret's son will graduate college and become a nurse.  He chose to work at Delray as well.
