FAAST’s goal is to provide individuals with disabilities increased opportunities to access and acquire assistive technology and services. FAAST provides a loan service where individuals can test equipment at no charge in order to make more informed decisions about his/her needs. FAAST also distributes information regarding affordable housing and assistive technology vendors.

The Brain And Spinal Cord Injury Program
The BSCIP provides eligible brain and spinal cord injury survivors with the opportunity to obtain the necessary services required to return to the community. Services include: acute care, case management, rehabilitation, assistive technology, transitional living, home and vehicle modification, and long-term community-based support. These services are made possible through a state funded program which provides monies from traffic fines, driving and boating under the influence conviction surcharges, and special tag fees.
