Delray Medical Recognition as Top 100 Great Community Hospital

(June 17, 2015) – Delray Medical Center is the only hospital in South Florida to earn a spot on the top 100 list for “Great Community Hospitals” in 2015 by Becker’s Hospital Review, a leading hospital and health care industry trade publication. The recognition distinguishes Delray Medical Center as one of the top performing community hospitals across the nation.

The Becker’s Hospital Review team selected the top 100 hospitals based on national rankings and awards from renowned organizations, including iVantage Health Analytics, Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), Healthgrades and The Joint Commission. The hospitals listed have fewer than 550 beds and are either located in a suburban or rural area or serve as the only hospital in their community.
