Every Second Counts: Highlighting the Partnership between DMC and Delray Fire-Rescue for Stroke Awareness Month

To kick off Stroke Awareness Month, we wanted to highlight our partnership with our local EMS/fire-rescue, including Delray Beach Fire Rescue. When a patient suffers a stroke, every second counts. EMS Chief Sean Gibson(who's also a nurse on staff in our emergency room), and interventional neurologist Dr. Dennys Reyes, joined WPBF 25 News this morning to discuss the partnership, stroke symptoms and treatment.
